1. Who we are

This site and the OFM OS programme are operated by Club Coaching LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801-3674, United States ("OFM OS", "we", "us", "our"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Questions, requests or complaints about privacy: support@ofm-os.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect through ofmoliver.com, ofm-os.com and our related landing pages, forms, webinars and emails, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

3. Where your data comes from

We do not buy, rent, scrape, harvest, append or otherwise acquire contact data from third parties. Every email address and phone number in our systems was entered by the person themselves into one of our own forms, or given to us directly by that person in a call or message.

Specifically, we collect personal data when you:

Every marketing registration form carries a separate, unticked consent checkbox that you must actively select before the form will submit. We keep a record of that consent, including the time of submission and the page it came from.

8. International transfers

We are established in the United States and several of our providers are US-based. Where personal data is transferred out of the UK, EEA or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, principally the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the relevant provider's own transfer framework. You can ask us for details of the safeguards used.

9. How long we keep it

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate data, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any of these, email support@ofm-os.com. We respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to make our pages and forms work, plus analytics and video technologies that tell us which content performs. Our video player sets cookies to remember watch progress. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary ones cannot be switched off without breaking parts of the site.

12. Children

Our site and programme are for business owners and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Security

We use reputable providers, restrict access to personal data to the people who need it, and secure our sites with TLS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authority of a qualifying breach as the law requires.
